Level II Assisted Living Facilities are appropriate for those who need limited assistance transferring and ambulating. Typically Level II residents are able to perform fewer activities of daily living or “ADLs” without assistance than residents in Level I facilities. ADLs include such things as medication administration, bathing, dressing, incontinence assistance, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, etc. Level II residents are provided assistance with all ADLs (if needed), 24 hour monitoring, and social care in a residential setting.
Level II facilities may provide assistance to residents who are not ambulatory and capable of exiting the facility in an emergency.
Level II eligibility is determined in an initial assessment completed by our nurse prior to admission.
Beehive Homes has four Level II facilities which are located in Little Valley, Southgate/Tonaquint and Coral Canyon.
